The World We See

The purpose of this blog is to demonstrate how differently designers and visionaries see the world and to create a place where I can share ideas, inspiration and post creative works. I have always believed that artists -- especially designers -- see the world differently. We scrutinize details in our environments that most people overlook and take for granted. I'd like to explore the world and demonstrate my theme in interesting articles while highlighting extraordinary design. I will also present my own design exercises to the masses for review and feedback, through which I hope to inspire others to participate in their own exercises.

I welcome open dialogue among my peers and am looking for other sources to draw inspiration from. History has many great designers that helped shape the world we live in. There is much we can learn from their architecture, art and design from past and present. In a world where we race for the next great device, I say that sometimes less is more, bigger isn't better, and there are no wrong answers, only educated attempts that lead to the correct result.

This is my first of many entries to this blog. I welcome feedback, suggestions, topics of interest for future entries, exercises and sites of inspiration. Please join me on my crusade for great design and inspiration.
