Madeira on Marco Island, Florida
Madeira is a luxury condominium complex located on Marco Island in southwest Florida.
TGA Design was hired by HKS Architects to design a new sign system for the new condominium complex. Scope included planning and design of signage on the property including vehicular wayfinding.
Our design direction is a tribute to the building's strong Spanish Mediterranean architecture. Cast materials were used to mock up realistic looking hand carved stone tablets. A beautiful textile pattern was used to accent the sign and to tie the concept together.

The property has a great pool overlooking the ocean.
Signage blended into the landscaping but was still prominent.
The textile pattern was used in almost every sign type including vehicular regulatory signs.
All signs are custom designed including accessible regulatory signs.
